Kelly's Granola

Makes four cups.

3 cups cracked oats - rinse well to remove chaff and drain

2 T. oil

2 T. molasses

4 T. honey

1/3 cup shredded coconut

1/2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. vanilla

1/4 cup raisins

1 tsp. cinnamon

Rinse the cracked oats, floating off any hulls or debris.  Drain well, then combine with all other ingredients.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.  Stir, bake for 20 more minutes.  Sprinkle with brown sugar and salt to taste.
